Should my products be hand washed or put in the washing machine?
All items should be hand washed, as some wool colours may leave colour behind in the machine, dying other items in the wash.
Can I return my item and get a full refund?
Yes, you can return your item if you're not happy with it, or it has an issue. A full refund will be sent to you.
Can I get a refund if I haven't been to a crochet class?
No, the £5 non refundable deposit goes towards room hire and covers the money lost of people no turning up.

We use 100% acrylic, chenille yarn or T-Shirt wool.
